Hitzfeld has been coaching Swiss national side since 2008 and under him they have become a formidable unit with compact defence. Hitzfeld has the pedigree to manage some of the top clubs won two European cups. He likes Switzerland to play with a 4-2-3-1 formation where wingers has to duty to track back and help midfield and defence.
